NASSAU, NP, THE BAHAMAS: I, DENNIS ARTHUR DAMES - Citizen of The Commonwealth Of The Bahamas - DO NOT HAVE ANY BUSINESS WITH INTELISYS LIMITED; and I DID NOT AUTHORIZED SUNSHINE FINANCE LIMITED TO SHARE MY BUSINESS - WHICH IS UNDER JUDGEMENT OF THE HIGH COURTS OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF THE BAHAMAS - WITH INTELISYS LIMIITED - (SEE: CLE/gen/01441).
I WAS NOT INFORMED, or CONTACTED by a SOUL AT SUNSHINE FINANCE LIMITED ABOUT ANY SORT OF ARRANGEMENT WITH INTELISYS LIMITED - OR ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY ENTITY FOR THAT MATTER.
THE HACKS FROM INTELISYS LTD HAVE MADE CONTACT WITH ME UNCEREMONIOUSLY IN FEBRUARY 2025 via WHATSAPP - WITHOUT WARNING OR NOTICE FROM ANY REPRESENTATIVE OF SUNSHINE FINANCE LTD.
Further, I have never received a receipt or declining balance from Sunshine Finance - since the COURT JUDGEMENT relating to: CLE/gen/01441); eventhough I have been making very consistent monthly payments since the aforementioned Court Judgement of 18 May, 2022 - via their RBC Bank Account #056252816783. This in itself is a gross violation of their (SUNSHINE FINANCE) fiduciary duties - I humbly submit.
Additionallty communications along the way between SUNSHINE FINANCE and DENNIS ARTHUR DAMES - since the aforementioned JUDGEMENT DAY - were totally scanty. This too is unacceptable and clearly shows their (Sunshine Finance) merciless indifference toward a wretched and poor customer - namely: DENNIS ARTHUR DAMES.
When I was served the summons to appear in court for the subject matter, the good female police officer indicated to me that: "They (Sunshine Finance) said that they could not find me." Nothing could be further from the truth. I have lived in the same community of Mt. Pleasant Village since 1974, and my phone number: 1-242-552-9595 has never been disabled for any long period. It's the same address and phone contact which were provided in the subject loan contract. This is another example of Sunshine Finance operating in bad faith towards a well-intentioned customer - namely: DENNIS ARTHUR DAMES.
I SUBMIT THAT THIS IS PERSECUTION, CROOKEDNESS, WICKEDNESS, CORPORATE RECKLESSNESS and IRRESPONSIBILITY - WHICH IS A CLEAR VIOLATION OF MY CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS - AS I HAVE BEEN ACTING IN GOOD FAITH ALL ALONG. Friday August 15, 2025 - I received a phone call from one Michelle Roker of INTELISYS; I informed her again that I have no business with them - then dismisses her immediately.
At 11:16 AM - August 15, 2025 - I received a WhatApp Voice Messsage from the same Ms. Roker. I ignored it.
SUNSHINE FINANCE LTD. HAS BEEN CLEARLY DISGRACEFUL, DISRESPECTFUL and DISHONOURABLE WITH YOURS TRULY and IS IN TOTAL BREECH OF THE COURT JUDGEMENT of THE COMMONWEALTH OF THE BAHAMAS, CLE/gen/01441 - I humbly submit.
THE PROOF IS IN THE PUDDING!
17 September, 2025: I received a phone call from INTELISYS again. I simply told Ms. Roker that I await their writ.
Ms. Roker informed that Sunshine Finance LTD will be serving me a JUDGEMENT SUMMONS. I told her that, 'ALL SPARKS WILL FLY THEN.
JUST BRING ALL OF MY PAYMENT RECEIPTS SINCE THE JUDGEMENT WAS EXECUTED, AND SHOW WHAT WENT TO PRINCIPAL and WHAT WENT TO INTEREST. I, DENNIS ARTHUR DAMES HAVE NOT RECEIVED ONE RECEIPT TO DATE - SINCE THE JUDGEMENT WAS INSTITUTED.
